Todd A. Workman
Senior Attorney

Todd A. Workman has extensive experience in the areas of Criminal Defense‚ Bankruptcy, and Family Law. Todd’s guiding concern is to give his clients clear and straightforward advice on complex areas of the law. He believes that a good lawyer makes things as simple as possible for his clients to understand. Todd helps his clients find the most direct path through life’s most difficult times. He firmly believes that every client deserves respect‚ patience‚ and compassion.

Todd counsels individuals‚ families‚ business owners‚ trustees‚ executors‚ and guardians. His previous experiences as an instructor‚ sales agent‚ and guardian ad litem serve him well in counseling clients regarding family dynamics‚ economics‚ and criminal issues.

Todd holds a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law‚ a Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University in Criminology‚ and a second Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University in Sociology.

Todd is a member of the Wyandot Bar Association where he has served as vice-president and president. He is also an active member of the Delaware Bar Association‚ The Ohio State Bar Association‚ The American Bar Association‚ and The Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also enjoys providing pro bono assistance to those in need through the Delaware Law Clinic. Todd also serves as a voluntary member of the Stratford Ecological Center development board.

Todd is licensed to practice thoughout the State of Ohio in all Municipal‚ County‚ and State Courts. He is also Licensed to practice in The United States District Courts of Ohio (Northern and Southern Districts)‚ The United States Bankruptcy Courts of Ohio (Northern and Southern Districts)‚ and The United States Tax Court.

Todd lives with his wife and son in Delaware‚ Ohio. He is originally from Galion‚ Ohio and is a graduate of Hilliard High School. Todd has lived in central Ohio for the past thirty–five years and enjoys being able to assist those in his community.

Geraldine M. Rozario
Associate Attorney

Geraldine M. Rozario joined The Workman Law Firm in February 2021 after serving as a law clerk for four years at the Franklin County Public Defenders Office in Columbus, Ohio. While she is well versed in many areas of the law, Geraldine has chosen to focus her interest in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense. Geraldine enjoys working with individuals facing life’s most challenging times and strives to assist them in finding the best answers possible to their problems. She is results driven and provides effective advocacy to her clients.

Geraldine attended Capital University Law School where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2020. While attending law school, she participated in Mock Trials and received numerous awards for the highest honors available including CALI awards and being nominated to the Deans List. Geraldine attended undergraduate studies at the University of London where she obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree. While attending undergraduate studies, Geraldine Worked as a teacher for the Canadian International School. She is fluent in numerous languages including Bangla, Hindi and Urdu.

Geraldine is a member of the Delaware Bar Association‚ The Ohio State Bar Association‚ The Columbus Bar Association, and The American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice throughout the State of Ohio in all Municipal‚ County‚ and State Courts.

Geraldine was Born in Bangladesh and now resides in Marysville, Ohio with her Husband and two boys. She works hard to assist each and every client. She is a fierce litigator and sympathetic advisor. Geraldine is excited to be a part of the Workman Law Firm and looks forward to helping those in need in our local community.

Madison E. Weaver
Legal Intern

Madison “Madi” Weaver joined The Workman Law Firm in May 2022 as a Legal Intern. While her time at our office has been short, she has proven herself invaluable to our staff and clients. Her ability to research legal issues and draft written arguments is second to none. Madi excels in providing legal assistance to our attorneys and has proven that she will be a force to recon with in the future.

She is currently attending The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and will receive her Juris Doctorate in 2024. While attending law school, she has served as the secretary of the Criminal Law Society and has participated in Restorative Justice Circles of Franklin County. She is also Court Appointed Special Advocate representing the needs and interests of children In our community. Madi is currently a member of the Columbus Bar Association as well as the Franklin County Criminal Law Society.

Madi completed her undergraduate studies at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Journalism with a Minor in Law and Legal Studies. While attending undergraduate studies, Madi tutored college students with disabilities, participated in the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program, Innocence Project, Women Beyond Bars and The Appalachian Prison Book Project. Madi has also gained invaluable research and writing experience while working with the Washington Post as an investigative reporter.

While she is well educated in many areas of the law, Madi hopes to focus her interest and talents in the areas Criminal and Domestic law. She looks forward to assisting our clients and hopes to help them find the best possible solution to life’s most difficult problems.

Madi was born in Bellbrook, Ohio and now resides in Columbus, Ohio with her dog, Macie. Madi enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family and friends. Madi is excited to be a part of the Workman Law Firm and looks forward to helping those in need.
